Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have within 15 days of the original purchase of your item to request a return or refund. Once your order has been processed and shipped we are only able to issue a partial refund. A complete refund will only be issued if the order has not yet been shipped out. Please see below
If you are requesting a return/refund you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges to help cover processing and handling fees associated with your order.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
- The product was purchased within the last 15 days
- The product in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You MUST obtain a return number from us
If you are requesting a replacement the product must proven to be damaged/and or defective, or shipped in error. For an item to be eligible for a replacement/store credit XO Illuminated co. must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged item within 15 days of the date of delivery. Replacement/store credit requests must be sent to xoilluminatedco@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
